Trinidad and Tobago 2013 Carnival Public Holidays

The President of Trinidad and Tobago, George Maxwell Richards, has proclaimed the dates of the upcoming 2013, non-working public holidays in Trinidad and Tobago for Carnival.

As per the provisions of the "Public Holidays and Festivals Act" the dates of Carnival must be officially proclaimed by the President of Trinidad and Tobago.

According to this year's presidential proclamation, Carnival 2013 will begin at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, February 11, and end at midnight on Tuesday, February 12, 2013.
