The Ministre de l'Emploi, du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale of the government of Niger has released the official list of annual non-working public holidays in Niger for the calendar year 2015.

The aforementioned announcement is in line with the "Loi n° 97-20 du 20 juin 1997 instituant les fêtes légales" (1997-06-23), as well as with the subsequent Loi n°98-05 du 29 avril 1998 instituant les fêtes légales (1998-04-29), as amended by the Loi n°2006-08 du 02 mai 2006 (2006-05-09), but goes further by specifying the dates of the Muslim public holidays in Niger for the calendar year 2015.

However, as always (2013-12-17, 2012-12-31, 2012-01-14, 2010-12-07 and 2010-02-16), the dates of Niger's Muslim public holidays may be changed at the last minute by a communiqué by the Secrétariat général du Ministère des Affaires Religieuses et de l'Action Humanitaire.
