The Philippines Government has issued Proclamation No.875 which finally specifies Monday, October 6, 2014, as the date for the observance of the upcoming Philippines annual non-working public holiday to mark Eidul Adha.

In its statement, Malacañang referred to Proclamation No. 655, s.2013, signed by President Benigno Aquino III, last year (30-Sep-2013), and which lists the special and regular non-working public holidays in the Philippines for the calendar year 2014.
