Bolivia's Ministry of Labour (Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Previsión Social), through its Director of Labour, Miguel Ángel Albarracín, has issued a statement ruling-out the declaration of Monday, June 22, 2015, as an additional non-working public holiday in Bolivia, to compensate the fact that the annual, June 21, "Día del Año Nuevo Andino Amazónico", Bolivian public holiday falls on a Sunday in 2015.

Though the aforementioned announcement confirms that Sunday, June 21, 2015, will be a non-working public holiday in Bolivia for the Aymara New Year (Día del Año Nuevo Andino Amazónico), which became a non-working public holiday in Bolivia, six years ago (2009-06-18 and 2009-06-17), he ruled-out the declaration of a non-working public holiday in Bolivia on Monday, June 22, 2015 ("el feriado del 21 de junio 'Día del Año Nuevo Andino Amazónico', que este año cae en domingo, no se recorrerá al lunes, en apego al Decreto Supremo 173 que establece esa fecha como un feriado inamovible").
