The government of Nepal has announced that Tuesday, October 20, 2015, had once again been declared a non-working public holiday in Nepal on account of the upcoming Fulpati annual non-working public holiday of Nepal, which usually occurs on the seventh day of the Dashain festival, but this year on the eight day, as the current Hindu Lunar month had a leap day earlier this month.
The aforementioned announcement is in line with the gazetted list of official non-working public holidays in Nepal for the Nepalese year 2072 (mid-April 2015 to mid-April 2016), announced, earlier this spring (2015-03-03).
Note that, Nepali government offices will remain closed for 5 days from the date of the upcoming Fulpati annual non-working public holiday of Nepal, until Dwadashi.
