As per the aforementioned announcement, "In view of the number of enquiries received regarding the day of observance of ANZAC Day this year, this public holiday will be observed on the actual day, which is Saturday 25 April 2015" and goes on to recall the terms of the "Public Holidays (Amendment) Act 2010" (Act No. 10 of 2010) which amended the public holidays legislation of Tonga (2010-05-19 and 2010-04-08).
