The Royal Civil Service Commission of the Government of Bhutan has announced the dates of the upcoming non-working public holidays in Bhutan and in its capital, Thimphu, for the month of October 2016, due to the annual Bhutanese public holidays for Thimphu Drubchen, Thimphu Tshechu and Dassain.

The aforementioned declaration of October 7, 11, 12, and 13, 2016, as non-working public holidays throughout Bhutan, is in line with the official list of national and regional non-working public holidays in Bhutan for the calendar year 2016, released last fall (01-Oct-2015) by the Royal Civil Service Commission of the Government of Bhutan.
