The Consell de la Generalitat Valenciana has announced its annual official calendar of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia ("calendario laboral en toda la Comunidad Valenciana") for the upcoming calendar year 2017.

As per the aforementioned announcement, in its annual official calendar of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia for the upcoming calendar year 2017, the Consell de la Generalitat Valenciana confirms its decision, by a unanimous vote, last February (2016-02-22), to make San Juan (June 24) an official annual non-working public holiday in future calendars of non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia.

In addition, as sometimes happens (2014-07-11, 2013-09-17 and 2009-11-09, for example), in 2017, Maundy Thursday will not be a non-working public holiday in Spain's autonomous region of Valencia.
