The Ministry of Social Policy of the Ukraine has issued a communiqué confirming and detailing the official list of May 2016 non-working public holidays in the Ukraine, as had been announced late last year.
Last November (2015-11-12and 2015-09-25), the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine had issued the "Disposition number 1155 of November 11", specifying the official list of 2016 non-working public holidays in the Ukraine, a list which included additional non-working public holidays in the Ukraine, some of these additional non-working public holidays in the Ukraine falling in May 2016.
The aforementioned communiqué goes on to re-iterate (2014-11-17) that the "Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation", on May 8, as declared last year, would be a regular working day, and not a non-working public holiday in the Ukraine.
