Algerian 2017 Aid Al Mawlid Public Holiday

The Algerian public sector ministry (Direction Générale de la Fonction Publique) announced that Friday, December 1, 2017, had been declared as a non-working public sector holiday in Algeria on account of the annual "Mawlid Ennabawi" (Prophet's Birthday) non-working public holiday of Algeria.

The aforementioned communique ("La journée du vendredi 1er décembre 2017 (12 Rabie El-Aouel 1439 de l’Hégire), correspondant à la fête du Mawlid Ennabaoui, sera chômée et payée") follows the framework of past years (2016-12-08, 2015-12-15 and 2014-12-29).
