The Deputy Governor's Office of the Cayman Islands has released its listing of the 2017 annual non-working public holidays in the Cayman Islands, including the date for the public holiday for Her Majesty the Queen's birthday.

Contrary to what was the case in some past years (2015-08-19, 2014-08-18, 2013-07-12, 2010-07-04 and 2009-03-20), but not all (2012-07-11 and 2011-06-25), the aforementioned announcement does not specify that the official date of the Queen's Birthday public holiday in 2017 is "to be confirmed" (2014-05-24 and 2013-01-04), and it is announced to be on June 17, 2017.

Note that the aforementioned listing of the 2017 annual non-working public holidays in the Cayman Islands, also includes the date of the upcoming General Elections Day as a one-off non-working public holidays in the Cayman Islands for the calendar year 2017.
