The government of the Indian State of Haryana has further amended its previously-released list of 2017 public holidays in Haryana State by declaring Monday, August 14, 2017, as a public holiday for the Shri Krishna Janmashtmi annual public holiday of India's State of Haryana.

The aforementioned announcement of Monday, August 14, 2017, as a public holiday for the Shri Krishna Janmashtmi annual Haryana public holiday in 2018 ("In partial modification of Notification No. 28/67 /2008-3GSII dated 25th November, 2016 it is notified for general information that the 14th of August, 2017 shall be observed as a Public Holiday on account of Shri Krishna Janmashtmi by all Government employees posted in Government offices and Boards, Corporations, Educational Institutions under the Haryana Government instead of the 15th August 2017 as notified earlier.", GO No. 11/11/2015-3GS-II, signed by D.S. Dhesi, the Chief Secretary to Government Haryana), thus further amends (2017-06-28) last autumn's Haryana Government Order No.28/67/2008-3gS11, covering General Holidays, Restricted Holidays, and Holidays declared under N.I. Act, 1881 in India's state of Haryana for the upcoming calendar year 2017 (2016-11-26).
