Burkina Faso's "Ministère En Charge De La Fonction Publique" has issued a communiqué announcing that Tuesday, November 20, 2018, would be a non-working public holiday in Burkina Faso ("la journée de demain mardi 20 novembre est déclarée fériée, chômée et payée au Burkina Faso, conformément au calendrier des fêtes légales dans le pays") on account of the upcoming fête du Maouloud (the Prophet's Birthday) annual public holiday in Burkina Faso.
The aforementioned that Tuesday, November 20, 2018, would be a non-working public holiday in Burkina Faso on account of the upcoming fête du Maouloud (the Prophet's Birthday) annual public holiday in Burkina Faso, is in line with the "Loi n° 019-2000/AN du 27 juin 2000 portant institution de fêtes légales au Burkina Faso" (2000-07-21), as amended a year later (2001-07-18), and again a couple of years ago (2015-11-23), and with the previously-announced list of official non-working public holidays in Burkina Faso for the calendar year 2018, as announced by the government of Burkina Faso earlier this year (2018-01-16).
