India 2019 Maharashtra Public Holidays Announced

The Government of India's state of Maharashtra has announced its annual list of the days which will be non-working public holidays in India's state of Maharashtra for the upcoming calendar year 2019.

As per custom (12-Nov-2017, 20-Nov-2016, 24-Nov-2012 and 03-Nov-2010), the aforementioned notification of the annual list of the days which will be non-working public holidays in India's state of Maharashtra for the upcoming calendar year 2019, are contained in Notification No. PHD. 1118/C.R.191/Desk-29 dated 3.12.2018, and issued by order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra C. K. Wadte, by the Deputy Secretary to Government of Maharashtra.

As per the aforementioned notification, "The Following Holidays fall on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, Diwali Amavasaya (Laxmi Pujan) and Id-E-Milad".
