The Government of India's State of Nagaland has declared May 28, the upcoming by-elections day of polling, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Nagaland for all the employees of government/private establishments and shops in the state.

The aforementioned declaration of May 28, the upcoming by-elections day of polling, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Nagaland is in addition to Nagaland's annual list of the days which were to be non-working public holidays in India's state of Nagaland for the calendar year 2018.
