The Government of Saint Helena, at today's Executive Council Meeting, was advised by the Governor of Saint Helena that she had agreed to declare Friday, February 9, 2018, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Saint Helena, "to celebrate the occasion of the final scheduled voyage of the RMS St Helena from the Island".
The aforementioned declaration of Friday, February 9, 2018, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Saint Helena, on account of the final scheduled voyage of the RMS St Helena, thus amends the recently-announced annual list of non-working public holidays in Saint Helena (2018-01-03, 2017-01-16, 2016-01-04, and 2014-11-30).
