The Workplace Standards Tasmania of Australia's State of Tasmania, has issued an amended version of its previously-released list of official 2020 non-working public holidays in the Australian State of Tasmania and bank holidays in Tasmania for the calendar year 2020.

The aforementioned amended list of non-working public holidays in the Australian State of Tasmania in 2020 contains an amended date for the Royal Hobart Regatta regional public holiday of Tasmania, as compared to the initial date announced for that Tasmanian public holiday.

The initial announcement of the list of official 2020 non-working public holidays in the Australian State of Tasmania (2017-12-09) was released 2 years ago and, as usual (2016-10-23, 2016-01-01, 2015-12-01, 2013-11-07, 2013-01-07 and 2012-01-03), confirmed the terms of the press release (2011-04-24), entitled "Clarification on Tasmanian Public Holidays", which itself re-stated the terms of the Statutory Holidays Amendment Bill 2010, passed by both houses of the Parliament of Australia's State of Tasmania, the previous fall (2010-11-26), thus amending the previous Statutory Holidays Act 2000.
