The Ministry of Labour of the Dominican Republic has, once again, issued a communiqué announcing that, as per the current public holidays legislation, Monday, November 4, 2019, would be the date of the official annual non-working public holiday in the Dominican Republic on account of the upcoming Día de la Constitución non-working public holiday of the Dominican Republic ("el miércoles 06 de noviembre Día de la Constitución, se trabaja y se cambia el feriado para el lunes 04 del mismo mes").

The aforementioned announcement that Monday, November 4, 2019, would be the date of the official annual non-working public holiday in the Dominican Republic on account of the upcoming Día de la Constitución non-working public holiday of the Dominican Republic, is in line with last autumn's official listing of public holidays in the Dominican Republic for the year 2019 (2018-11-15), and the current public holidays legislation of the Dominican Republic (1997-06-19), namely law 139-97, though official reminders from the Ministry of Labour of the Dominican Republic are a staple of news in the Dominican Republic (2019-09-19, 2019-08-13, 2019-04-25, 2018-11-02, 2018-08-13, 2018-05-28, 2018-02-24, 2018-01-26, 2018-01-20, 2017-11-02, 2017-09-22, 2017-04-10, 2017-01-26, 2017-01-16, 2017-01-05, 2016-08-15).
