The Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan has issued a Memorandum which announces a bank holiday on Thursday, May 2, 2019, on account of the annual International Labor Day non-working Jordanian public holiday and bank holiday.

Today's announcement follows a similar one, earlier this week (2019-04-24), when the Jordanian Cabinet has announced that this year's annual International Labor Day non-working public holiday of Jordan would be observed on May 2, 2019.
