Omani authorities have announced dates for the upcoming 2019 Eid Al Fitr (End of Ramadan) non-working public holidays in Oman, which, once again in 2019, will be the same for both the Omani public sector and the private sector of Oman.
The aforementioned announcement by Oman's to Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court and Chairman of the Civil Service Council, for the public sector, and the Minister of Manpower, for the private sector, for the 7th consecutive year (2018-06-09, 2017-06-18, 2016-06-27, 2015-07-13, 2014-07-21 and 2013-08-08), declared the same dates for both the private and public sectors of Oman for the upcoming 2019 Eid Al Fitr (End of Ramadan) non-working public holidays in Oman.
In the more distant past, the public sector of Oman benefited from more public holidays than the private sector (2012-08-12 and 2011-08-24, for example).
