Following the gazetting of the 2020 public holidays in the last of Spain's autonomous regions, Ceuta and Mellila, the national government of Spain has gazetted its annual list of official national non-working public holidays (calendario laboral) in Spain for the upcoming calendar year 2020 in the Boletín Oficial del Estado Núm. 245/14552.
Despite indications, almost a decade ago (2013-11-18), that some mid-week public holidays might be moved to adjoin a nearby weekend, as had been raised shortly after the current/preceding government was elected (2012-01-12), no such move was made in 2020, as it was not for the past years (2018-10-23, 2017-10-12, 2016-10-09 and 2015-10-23).
