The General Administration of Personnel Administration of Taiwan has promulgated the list of 2020 public holidays in Taiwan, as had been initially released last spring.
Earlier this year (2019-05-01), the Directorate General of Personnel Administration had released its official annual calendar of official non-working public holidays in Taiwan for the upcoming calendar year 2020.
That earlier announcement of the official annual calendar of official non-working public holidays in Taiwan for the upcoming calendar year 2020, contrary to was the case for the past 3 years (2018-07-02, 2017-06-06 and 2016-04-13), but not the 2 years before that (2015-10-15 and 2014-06-12), was announced in time for the deadline due to regulations adopted in March 2013, which obligate the Directorate General of Personnel Administration to make public the national holiday calendar for following year before June 1st of the previous year (2013-05-31).
