Bahrain 2020 Eid Al Adha Public Holidays

Bahrain's Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, has issued a circular stipulating the official non-working public holidays in Bahrain for the upcoming 2020 Eid Al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice).

According to the aforementioned circular, "The Kingdom's ministries, directorates and official institutions will be closed from July 30 to August 2, including Arafat Day and Eid's first, second and third days".

As often happens (2019-06-02, 2018-06-13, 2016-07-04, 2015-07-15, 2013-08-06 and 2012-08-15), though not systematically (2019-08-07, 2017-06-21, 2014-07-25), the aforementioned announcement by Bahrain's Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, goes on to specify that "as Friday and Saturday, the official weekend in the Kingdom, fall within the holidays, Monday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 4 are given in lieu".
