The Royal Government of Cambodia has declared Thursday, October 29, 2020, as a public holiday for all civil servants as well as employees and workers in the private sector to celebrate the 16th anniversary of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni’s coronation as the King of Cambodia.

The aforementioned declaration of Thursday, October 29, 2020, as a public holiday in Cambodia is in line with the Cambodian Royal Government's Sub-Decree 112 on Employee's Public Holidays for 2020 establishing Cambodia's annual list of official non-working public holidays for the calendar year 2020 (2019-11-11).

Note that this previously-announced list of 2020 public holidays in Cambodia was modified by the postponement of the Khmer New Year annual public holidays of Cambodia, originally scheduled for April 13-16, 2020, to the summer, namely August 17-21, 2020 (2020-04-07 and 2020-07-12).
