Cataluña 2021 Public Holidays Announced

The Consell Català de Relacions Laborals has released its annual list of the 2021 non-working public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Cataluña (calendario oficial de fiestas laborales para el año 2021), including both the nationwide public holidays in Spain, as well as the Catalonia-specific public holidays in 2021.

For the calendar year 2021, the Autonomous Region of Cataluña has declared regional public holidays on Easter Monday, as usual (2019-04-25, 2018-07-26, 2017-06-02, 2017-04-02, 2016-05-01, 2015-04-15 and 2014-03-12), on September 11, as well as on Sant Esteve.

As usual (2016-05-01, 2015-04-15, 2014-03-12, 2013-09-07, 2013-07-24, 2012-06-29, 2011-05-16, 2010-05-31 and 2009-06-05), Cataluña is the only Spanish region that does not observe Maundy Thursday as a public holiday.
