DR Congo Declares May 1st Public Holiday

The Ministre d’Etat, Ministre du Travail, Emploi et Prévoyance Sociale of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Néné Nkulu, has declared Friday, May 1st, 2020, as a non-working public holiday in the RDC ("déclaré la journée du 1er mai 2020 chômée et payée à travers toute la République démocratique du Congo").

The aforementioned announcement of a non-working public holiday, on Friday, May 1st, 2020, is in line with the previously-announced, annual list of the non-working public holidays in the DRC for the calendar year 2020 (2020-01-15).
