Germany 2021 Public Holidays Announced

The German Central Bank (Deutsche Bundesbank) has published its annual list of the 2021 federal and regional non-working public holidays in Germany as well as the list of 2021 bank holidays in Germany.

As usual (2019-10-14, 2018-10-01, 2017-09-13, 2016-09-04, 2014-08-17, 2013-07-26, 2012-08-27, 2011-08-31 and 2010-08-26), the aforementioned announcement also includes TARGET 2 holidays and the additional non-business days of the Deutsche Bundesbank, as well as the list of the 2021 federal and regional non-working public holidays in Germany.

However, no new public holidays were announced, since the 2020 German public holidays were announced, contrary to the previous 2 years, when many German Länder added new annual public holidays (2019-03-01, 2018-09-20, 2018-12-11, 2018-11-21, 2018-06-14), 2018-06-13, 2018-03-01, and 2018-02-23).
