Guatemala's Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (Mintrab) has announced that, despite the current Covid-19 pandemic, the annual Easter public holidays of Guatemala must be observed as usual ("The Easter holiday remains in effect during the emergency by Covid-19, as established by the Labor Code").
The aforementioned announcement by Guatemala's Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, is based on article 127 of the Labor Code of Guatemala, is in line with the list of official 2020 Guatemala public holidays, as released last autumn (2019-11-17).
