The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of Kazakhstan has approved the previously-announced draft amendment to the annual list of 2021 public holidays in Kazakhstan, "for the rational use of working time in 2021, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 85 of the Labor Code".
The aforementioned decree "О переносе дня отдыха в 2021 году Источник Учёт" confirms the choices made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan, last October, when it published a draft decree on the list of 2021 public holidays in Kazakhstan (2020-10-14), which declared one bridge public holiday on July 5 ("move the day of rest from Saturday, July 3, 2021 to Monday, July 5, 2021").
The Day of the Capital public holiday, on July 6, was declared as a new annual non-working public holiday in Kazakhstan, a decade ago (2008-06-26, 2008-06-23 and 2008-06-18).
