The Chief Minister of India's State of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, has announced that the official public holiday in Madhya Pradesh for the 2020 Vijayadashami (aka. Dussehra) would include Sunday, October 25, 2020, as well as Monday, October 26, 2020.

Monday, October 26, was declared the date of the 2020 Dussehra public holiday in Madhya Pradesh, instead of the previously announced date of Sunday, October 25, 2020, by the Chief Minister of India's State of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan (2020-10-23).

The aforementioned declaration of Sunday, October 25, 2020, in addition to Monday, October 26, 2020, as the date of the upcoming Dussehra public holiday in Madhya Pradesh thus further amends (2019-12-27) the list of the days which were to be non-working public holidays in India's State of Madhya Pradesh during the calendar year 2020, as announced by the Government of India's State of Madhya Pradesh, late last year (2019-12-12).
