A public notice from the Office of the President, State House in Freetown, announced the declaration of Sunday and Monday, May 24-25, 2020, as public holidays in Sierra Leone, in observance of the upcoming Eid ul-Fitri (End of Ramadan).

The aforementioned declaration of Sunday and Monday, May 24-25, 2020, as public holidays in Sierra Leone, is in line with the list of official non-working public holidays in Sierra Leone for the calendar year 2020, as announced by the government of Sierra Leone, late last year (2019-12-22).
