Aruba 2021 Public Holidays Announced

The government of Aruba has released its annual list of official non-working public holidays in Aruba for the calendar year 2021.

The aforementioned list of official non-working public holidays in Aruba for the calendar year 2021, confirms that effective a couple of years ago, Aruba stopped observing a public holiday on April 30, to mark Queen Juliana's Birthday, for a new King's Birthday public holiday on April 27 (2020-01-14, 2019-01-10, 2018-01-22, 2017-01-12, 2015-11-09, 2014-12-27 and 2013-11-23).

The change of the date and name of the Queen Juliana's Birthday public holiday, for the King's Birthday public holiday on April 27, was initiated by the Netherlands (2013-01-30).

Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba have also followed the change of of the Queen Juliana's Birthday public holiday into the new April 27 King's Birthday public holiday (2013-09-29).
