Bolivia's ministro de Trabajo, Empleo y Previsión Social has issued the Comunicado 041/21 confirming that the upcoming November 2, Día de los Difuntos, annual public holiday of Bolivia is a compulsory annual non-working public holiday in Bolivia for both the private and public sectors ("el martes 2 de noviembre es feriado nacional por ser Día de los Difuntos, con suspensión de actividades públicas y privadas en todo el territorio boliviano").

As was done some years (2017-10-24, 2016-10-26, 2016-08-02 and 2015-12-29), but not systematically (2020-10-27), the Bolivian public sector will close at 12 noon on November 1, 2021 ("para el lunes 1 de noviembre tolerancia laboral a partir de mediodía para la administración pública").

The aforementioned half-day public sector holiday, on November 1st, 2021, though expected, nonetheless amends the list of 2021 Bolivian public holidays as announced, earlier this year (2021-01-10).
