Norway 2022 Bank Holidays and Public Holidays Announced

Norway's Central Bank (Norges Bank) has updated its multi-year list of bank holidays in Norway with the announcement of Norwegian bank holidays, as well as public holidays in Norway, for the calendar year 2022.

As usual (2020-02-15, 2019-01-11, 2018-01-15, 2016-03-11, 2015-01-07, 2014-01-20, 2013-01-05, 2012-01-05, 2011-09-03 and 2009-12-29), the aforementioned list of the 2022 bank holidays in Norway, as well as the public holidays 2022 in Norway, includes the list of settlement days in 2022 and days when Norges Bank's settlement system (NBO) will be closed in 2022.

The NBO list of 2022 bank holidays in Norway does not include the 2, always-Sunday public holidays of Easter Sunday and Whitsunday, which are official public holidays in Norway for 2022.
