Saudi 2021 End of Ramadan Public Holidays Announced

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced that the upcoming Saudi public sector would begin its upcoming Eid al Fitr public holidays on Ramadan 25 (May 7) and return to work on Shawwal 6 (May 18).

The duration of the End of Ramadan public sector holidays of Saudi Arabia has been usually been quite stable (2019-05-28, 2018-06-14, 2018-06-07, 2017-08-16, 2017-06-21, 2017-06-14, 2017-05-27, 2016-09-01, 2015-09-23, 2013-09-26, 2012-09-17 and 2011-10-27), apart from last year, when the Eid al Fitr public holidays began on May 15, 2020, and civil servants returned to work on May 31 (2020-05-12).

The 2021 End of Ramadan holidays for the Saudi private sector will run from May 11, for 4 consecutive days, as was the case last year (2020-05-14).
