The Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture, Muhadjir Effendi, has announced that the government had not yet set any joint leave extension of the Eid Al-Fitr 2022 Indonesian public holidays.
The list of 2022 public holidays in Indonesia, was initially announced last September, but the decree from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, and the Ministry of Administrative Reform, did not designate any additional days of joint leave (2021-09-22).
However, at that time, the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture, Muhadjir Effendy, left the door open for this to be remedied at a later date ("Hopefully next year the Covid-19 pandemic can be handled properly so that the determination of collective leave can really be realized in 2022").
