Mauritius' Jummah Mosque has announced that the new Moon's crescent had been sighted earlier tonight and therefore that Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022, would be the date of the 2022 Eid-ul-Fitr (End of Ramadan) public holiday in Mauritius.
The declaration of Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022, as the date of the Mauritius public holiday for the End of Ramadan is in line with the previously-released list of 2022 Mauritius public holidays (2021-06-18).
