Sierra Leone Declares April 27 Public Holiday

The Office of the President of Sierra Leone, State House, has announced that Wednesday, April 27, 2022, had been declared as a public holiday in Sierra Leone on account of the upcoming sixty-first Independence Anniversary.

The declaration of Wednesday, April 27, 2022, as a public holiday is in line with the list of official non-working public holidays in Sierra Leone for the calendar year 2022, as announced by the government of Sierra Leone, late last year (2021-12-20).
