if you still get this message after installing the VC++2015 run-times, then it is possible that another program, installed on your computer, installed a buggy version of the VC++2017 run-times, which for the good part of 2018 had a bug which deleted the registry entries that are used to indicate that VC++2015 run-times are installed. If this is the case, please contact technical support to get instructions on how to repair the VC++2017 run-times installation on your computer.

The XE3 version of Q++Studio requires the installation of the 32-bit version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Run-Time Library.
