This message occurs if you try to scan a QuarkXPress file which is read-only, or is located in a read-only protected folder or network location.

The text of the present message will display the full path of the QuarkXPress file which cannot be accessed.

Make sure that you use a shared path, such as Q:\Q++ServerXE3\QxdFiles\, rather than a UNC network path such as \\QppServer\Q_drive\.
