The file name of the QuarkXPress file that you are about to scan, contains a reference to a specific year.

 

For example:

 

Q:\Q++ServerXE3\QxdFiles\Daily_2020.qxp

 

Q:\Q++ServerXE3\QxdFiles\2020_diaries\Daily_Eng.qxp

 

This could become confusing in future years, and you should never refer to a specific year in a GridTemplate's file name.

 

If you click on the YES button, Q++Studio will rename the selected file, removing the reference to the specific year, before scanning it.
