This error occurs in the tokens manager if you try to modify the translation of a mixed-source token and set the index value of the translation you want to save to the same value as one of the translations already there.

In the example, on the right, the repeated value of 3 would be the cause of the present message when the user tried to save that latest entry.

Usually such errors occur by inadvertence, simply forgetting to increase the index value of a new translation, as was the case above).
