Use [wk], [Wk] or [WK] to get a shortened translation of the word week in the current language. All three of the above tokens give the same result. The only difference is the capitalization.

[wk] = 'w' in English and 'sem' in Portuguese.

[Wk] = 'W' in English and 'Sem' in Portuguese.

[WK] = 'W' in English and 'SEM' in Portuguese.

Use [week], [Week] or [WEEK] to get a full translation of the word week in the current language. All three tokens give the same result. Again, the only difference is the capitalization.

[week] = 'week' in English and 'semaine' in French.

[Week] = 'Week' in English and 'Semaine' in French.

[WEEK] = 'WEEK' in English and 'SEMAINE' in French.

Remember that these are mixed tokens and that, as such, the translation used by Q++ to convert these tokens is the one you supplied.
