int = chYearOf(nAnyRegularDate)

This macro function returns the full Chinese year number (counted from the origin of the Chinese calendar on February 15, 2637 B.C.) corresponding to the date nAnyRegularDate. This number corresponds to the value of the current cycle times 60 (there are 60 years in a cycle) plus the value of the current year number.

chFullYearOf = (60*(chCycleOf-1)) + chYearOf

The value of the cycle number is reduced by one in the above because the Chinese years cycle numbers began at 1, not at 0.
