This option allows you to tell Q++ not to display the holiday name, when it processes a holidays token.
At first glance, this seems like a pointless option, but one must remember that the name (or title) of a holiday is only one of the elements that you can display with Q++.
As shown in the example above, there are cases when you wish to display only some of the graphical elements and not the holiday name itself.
