The Ignore Outside Days Options Token Suffix |

The Ignore Outside Days token suffix is used to tell Q++ that, for the current token, the GridOptions Outside Days Options should be ignored. This is done by adding the following suffix to any valid token.
:ignOD
Note that this suffix only has a meaning within a monthly grid, since the the GridOptions' Outside Days Options are only defined in the context of monthly grids.
