You can use Muslim Tokens to display both Muslim Dates and Muslim Times.
In the Muslim Calendar (Hijra) the first of each month occurs based on the confirmed sighting, by 2 reputable Muslims, of the first crescent of the moon, following the new moon. Furthermore these astronomically predictable times are often overruled by local religious authorities. Therefore Q++ allows for the creation of an arbitrary number of differing Muslim Calendars, and Muslim Dates Tokens' calculated value depends on the Muslim Data property used in the International ScriptLine of a given Script. |
|
The value of these tokens are based on solar events (dawn, sunrise, ....) that depend on a reference geographical location. This is specified in each Script through the Muslim Data Source property of the International ScriptLine. |
