This message occurs if you try to open a QuarkXPress file using one of the menu shortcuts from the Templates menu but that file does not exist anymore. There can be 3 reasons for this message :
•The file has been moved or deleted.
•The file has been renamed.
•The file was saved by a user whose network drive letters are not the same as yours.
To avoid such issues, you should make sure that all Q++ users have named the shared drive that contains Q++ServerXE2 with the same letter (we usually suggest the drive letter Q:\) and keep all their QuarkXPress files in the \QxdFiles\ sub-folder of Q++ServerXE2. This also has the advantage that this folder is automatically backed up by Q++ every night.
