Windows allows you to take screenshots of your screen or a specific window, using the PrtSc (Print Screen) key located at the top right of your keyboard.


Use PrtSc to capture the entire screen.

Use ALT + PrtSc to capture the currently active window only.



Once this is done, a copy of the captured image is stored in the Windows clipboard. Open up any image editor, and paste this screenshot into it.
