This message means that the script you are trying to open, delete or move is currently in use by another user. You will have to wait until that user closes the script before you can access it.
If you believe this message is incorrect, you can go and manually delete the lock file yourself. Please always mention these occurrences to technical support as locked scripts messages should never be incorrect.
The lock file will have the form :
Path\IDxx.qlk
where Path is the path mentioned in this message and xx is the number also mentioned in this message. So for example, if the message mentions script 253 in q:\qpp\scripts\demos, then you should look for and delete the file :
q:\qpp\scripts\demos\ID253.qlk
IMPORTANT : If you see a file named FOLDER.qlk, do not delete it !
